Seems I have made ribs for the last couple of Memorial Days, today was no different. First ribs since I got the Smoke Hollow, really pleases with this smoker so far.
Rubbed with modified Jeff's Rub and a little Tony Chachere's creole seasoning.

Just about ready.

Ready to serve.

Overall good flavor and tenderness. Bite was just about right, just a slight bit of pull off the bone. Probably needed to go another 30 minutes or so but I got a later start than I wanted and company was ready to eat!
