After loosing power a couple weeks ago due to Helene, I figured I better cook up what I had thawed before Milton makes an appearance .
Everything hit with some honey hog.....

Looks really great!
curious see how the corn comes out. May have to try that, been wanting to smoke bologna but ive never gotten around to it.

Looks amazing makes me super hungry. How long did you end up cooking and at what temperature?
Cooked about 2 1/2 hrs @230ish.. You are only putting smoke on it, so it isn't too important.

Oh and your verdict on the drip pan rack cook with smoke and bark? Do you think that could become a thing?

I'm still debating that. It's a whole lot easier to clean up. But things are taking longer to cook. So I am blocking the heat from the bottom.. Smoke and bark wise, I'm happy with the pans.. Still experimenting though. :emoji_thumbsup::emoji_thumbsup:
