Ribs and Shoulder Smoked and Then Grilled

  1. So this was a week ago.    Hot Smoked the Ribs for 4 hours, Cold Smoked the Shoulder for 12 hours, and then hot Smoked 3 hours and last a little warm up after we all had a case of beer before diner..

    Looks good but did you cold smoke a uncured butt for 12 hours?
