The smoke must go on! Some ribs and a pork butt. Trying out "Jeff's all purpose rub" on the ribs and another " Big bald bbq rub" out of a recipe book I got for Christmas. Will post results

Those are some thick ribs, looking like a tasty meal shaping up. We love Jeff's rub and bbq sauce! Your weather looks about like ours, thankfully about an inch of rain for last 2 days...beats the foot of snow it could have been

looks like it was worth braving the elements. Nice looking ribs there.

I always use smoking Als method and they come out perfect all the time. Might help you in your quest for great ribs, it works.

Before we had our deck covered I used a pit tent with a side wall for shelter, cheap and works great, cook comfortably in any weather. Just an option mate.

$75 US.

I actually have a canopy but unfortunately it turns out my deck is not quite big enough for a 10x10 canopy so I improvised. It wasnt perfect but honestly it worked out pretty well lol.
