I'd had a rack of St Louis style in the freezer for a while and some Poblanos that I needed to use before they went bad.
It was hot out but supposed to get hotter so I didn't want to deal with the offset and wanted to have ribs.
The Weber kettle jumped up and said "Me, Me, Me!" Charcoal and Hickory chunks.
The ribs got a coat of my rub and the Poblanos got a sprinkle of rub on the inside and cream cheese, cheddar and bacon.

Not much smoke ring and not quite FOTB. cut rack.jpg
Dinner was good. plate 1.jpg
Next night's dinner was even better because of course there were leftovers
and I had some PP leftover from trying some of kilo charlies' won-tons.

We're having tomatoes with everything because we have too many LOL!
I won't be cooking outside anymore this week because of the heat.

Thanks for looking and don't let the heat kill ya.

Looks really good! Only thing cooking here recently is me... hot and terribly humid. Looking forward to needing a jacket that's for sure

Dan that's a fine looking meal. Love those poblano boats!! So cool and creative. Sorry to hear about your tomato woes though. I'll happily take a couple bushels off your hands :emoji_wink: Nice job all around.
