9.5lb Boston Butt on at 6am this morning, injected with apple juice yesterday and Tasty Licks Original rub last night.
Rubbed the ribs in the same rub last night, and added Kosmos Killer Bee Honey rub before putting them on at 10:30am. Butt was at 161*, added OJ, foiled and back on.
