Smoked on my masterbuilt 40 with hickory. Also smoked some Dutch's wicked baked beans and kicked the wife's mac & cheese recipe up a notch by smoking it. Thanks BearCarver for the step by step. Awesome as always!!!!

It just might be. Even delivered some to our pastor. I think I will dig out the meat slicer and have some really good roast beef from the leftover that hasnt already been packed in a lunch plate....
