I prefer Jonathan apples. Grandma and Mom used Gala apples.
Lawry's has been sprinkled on prime rib for nearly a century. The chef that taught me how to cook a prime rib used it.Some of you are recommending whatever I usually put on my steak.
Would I go wrong with Lawry's Seasoned Salt and Montreal Steak Seasoning? That's what I usually put on my ribeye steaks.
I'll be aiming for medium (135° F) IT.
