It’s been awhile since I posted, it’s been in the negatives here for a while. But the other day I made a ribeye for myself and a couple my strips for the rest of the fam. I used Hardcore Carnivore for mine and just Montreal for the strips. A little chunk of hickory. Haven’t used Hardcore in a while but forgot how much I love it.
Here all seasoned up
And onto the Weber with a chunk of hickory
And pulled off when finished. Just the ribeye obviously. Was a tad bit over cooked for me I have it a little extra time on the grill bc of the temps.
And my current situation in the back yard, we’re up to 92” total for the season and had this windchill advisory about a week and a half ago. It’s been miserable.
