1st cook on new build! Grilled over oak and it was a keeper. Now I’m ready to load it up on the next cook.

Nice lookin pit, Santa maria grill is on my want list for sure.
 
Knocked it out of the park on that build! One of these days when my kids are grown and out of college I might be able to convince the wife to let me add one to my slowly growing cooking arsenal haha
