Tried a few different rubs to make a set of ribs for some friends.


One rub was an Adams Reserve Rib and Brisket Rub

One was Emeril's BBQ rub

One was a custom made rub

The last rack was salt/pepper only.

All were sprayed with apple juice occasionally throughout the smoking time.

The ribs look great - how did you know which one was which ?
 
Looking good!

 I kinda like Jeffs rub if I am noy using SPOG.

Emerils is good too.

 Then of course there is Mr. Smiths secret rub.
