Rib O Lator Question

Hi All Got a Rib O lator, going to do 2 racks of St Louie..Question is where to place the ribs on the Rib O lator?

Looks like you just lay them in the trays.
For two, I would put them in opposite trays for balance?

Hi Yeah I was thinking the same thing,opposite trays for balance.I don't have to attach the other 2 trays.

Yea we finally got some nice weather, 60's at night, 70's during the day.
I'm sue it won't last long, but enjoying it while it's here.
Found a butt at Publix that was almost 10#, it's going on at 3:00PM Thurs, for a Friday BBQ dinner with some friends.
It's in a brine right now!

The latest prediction for here is 3" to 5" tonight, and 8" to 12" tomorrow. That's between 11" and 17".
High Temp is 33°. (Perfect Snowing Temp)
I'm thinking about Hibernating!!!

6-12 here in North Jersey. Some may get 18 depending on the track.

Well, we got 5" over night, and they're calling for about 12" more by 4PM today.

As of right now we've had 48" so far this season, with another foot expected within the next 6 hours.
This will be about our average Snow Total for a year.
