Decided to do some SLC ribs and try some beef ribs. First time smoking beef ribs, have done a lot of brisket so I was pretty confident I could handle these. I'll let the pics do the talking, but they were delicious. I'll definitely be doing them again. Sorry no pics before I cut them up for all the hungry guests!
