I have 3 racks of bb ribs in the smoker for 3 hours I just took them out to foil them and they had little to no pull back on the bone! is this right? I have been smoking them at a pretty consistent  220 for the past 3 hours let me know what you all think!!

Stick with the 2-2-1 and you will be fine. Pull back is a personal preference. Some people like a little pull back and some don't want pull back at all. You are probably going to see some pull back once you remove them from the foil.

Everyone has their own version but I stick right to the 3-2-1 for spare ribs and 2-2-1 for baby back ribs and I love the way they come out.
