Been a while since I last posted but looking at the weather, knew at almost 80 degrees it would be a good day to crank up the smoker for some baby backs.

I cooked up two racks, the smaller one has just salt and pepper on them, the larger rack has a mix of SPOG, chipotle powder, a bit of brown sugar and a dash of cinnamon.

Before

They went on about 1130 this morn with apple chips almost all day, just took them off the smoker. No wrapping untill I brought them in to rest before slicing. The bigger rack I glazed with some Kraft bbq sauce (I know, I know) doctored up with a little SPOG and bourbon.

Looks great bet it tasted even better nice job

Looks great!
It's that time of year when the weather teases us. It's hard to plan a cook when you can't trust the weather forecasting.
Yesterday it was almost 70 here. Today it's 37....

Those ribs look mighty good to me Kevin, I'm dying here waiting for outdoor cooking weather.

Point for sure
Chris

Thanks folks, need to get back into posting more
