Found this in freezer and had lost its vacuum so time to cook. Think was one cut from rib roast last year. Seasoned in morning with Hardcore Carnivore Black. Man I love that on steaks. Thanks Jake for another great one. Smoked for about 40 minutes with piece of pecan. Quick sear and rest 5 minutes. This was so good!

Nice cook Brian . I just pulled about a 4 pound prime rib out of the freezer yesterday . Might just cut into steaks now .
 
Reverse sear! I'm getting it down, too, and we like it! (we includes wifey, and that is an accomplishment!)
