Hey all, didn't have a chance to post this last nite..... So figured I'd share it this morning ! Started with the Tenderloins & seasoned them up with SPOG !

Above pics were just before putting them on the smoker at 150* for an hour to start the reverse sear !

Here's the Tenderloins just after an hour on the smoker for the reverse sear !

My first thought was to skewer these, but the kiddos & wife were gettin hungry.... So with gettin kind of a late start we put them in some foil with some butter & SPOG ! I had some great helpers with the spices !

So after an hour at 150* on the smoker, pulled the Tenderloins for a few & cranked the GMG up to 500* & put them back on for a few minutes on each side... Here they are resting for a few minutes while gettin the rest of the meal plated !

Dang that all looks Tasty!!

Awesome, I gotta get into the mini world.... Just saved up for a grinder & stuffer..... Then plans for a cold smoker, that won't be bad though $$ wise.... Then gotta get me a mini !! Them look fun !
