In about 20 minutes I'll be firing up the grill. I plan to smoke them for about an hour at 180 then pull for long enough to max out the grill and finish them on the searing plates. Q view will be coming.
 
The sear marks were pretty good, still getting used to having to try harder for a good sear vs cooking with propane.
Posted up with hash brown casserole. Everyone was happy. Mama thought it was a bit too smoky, might just do a half hour next time
