reverse flow diagram

A while back someone had posted a diagram or picture of how a reverse flow offset works. I anyone knows how to get to it can you please point me in the right direction thanks

Great link here.  I remember seeing this at one time with diagrams.  However my computer at work is blocking out the diagrams. I will need to check this out when I get home...
