Returning to the world of smoking

Hello from Federal Way, WA (just north of Tacoma, a bit south of Seattle)!

Getting back into smoking after a 3 year drought of not having a functional smoker! Had a Brinkmann Bullet Smoker prior to this, but just purchased a 30" MES, and can't wait to start smoking again.

I'm looking forward to seeing what culinary deliciousness I can create with this one!
