Reporting For Duty in Arizona

Hi All, I'm located in Rim Country Arizona. Not sure how I landed here but it's a great place to light up the smoker. I have a cheap Brinkman from the Home Depot and I am learning to smoke meats using the tree trimmings from our small orchard, mostly plum and apple wood. It's all new to me so I'm glad I found this forum. Looking forward to learning from the experts here.
