How do I go about removing the "COLDSPOT" from my fridge door to clean it up and tape it for repainting?

Would love to but don't have a picture. It's a 1950's model. It isn't welded and there are no holes for bolts or pins. I'm guessing maybe glued on but not sure and don't want to try and pry it off til i'm sure.

On my coldspot I removed the putty ad there was little clips I carefully spun back and forth off of the pins. I took some steel wool and cleaned up the badge then painted inside the letters with an oil base gloss black it turned out pretty nice

I never noticed the pins before. They're small. I got it, thanks
