Removable stack

I'm looking at incorporating a removable stack on my smoker. I was building a plenum along the lines of the ones Aaron Franklin uses with the pipe forming part of the plenum. What are my options for being able to remove at least part of the stack for storage and travelling?

You could use a flange, a union, or a coupler to accomplish the task.

OK, I can find 5" flanges all over the place. Can you direct me to the unions or couplers you are talking about?

You can make a "Band Clamp" from sheet metal and hose clamps.... Butt equal size stack pieces and clamp....
