Relatively new meat smoker from NJ

Hey guys, meat-smoking noob here from NJ. I'm already a huge meat-smoking fan, though. My dad smoked meat for years when I was a kid and I was never interested in it until I tried some smoked sausages at a party recently. From there, I was hooked, and I've been smoking meat nonstop. Looking for some different techniques and new ideas here concerning all things meat-smoking.

Thanks, guys. Very relieved to find this place. I don't have any friends who smoke meat and I wasn't sure if I'd be able to find a forum just for discussing meat-smoking. Really looking forward to gaining some experience here.
