I'm going to be smoking 16 chicken 1/2's and 4 slabs but it looks like I'll have to cook on thursday and serve on friday evening   what is the best way to reheat
 
I would smoke the ribs shy of what you normally do. For Example 3-2-.5 and take the Chicken to a Breast IT of 150°F to kill bacteria. Next day reheat the Chicken, uncovered, in the Oven or Indirect Grill temp of 425°F until you get the finished IT of 165. You can do the same with the ribs or turn frequently on a medium direct flame...JJ
