Hey guys.  Just wanted to know the various ways to reheat boston butt that has been pulled.  Tried to put in low in oven (190deg) and it started to "bake" the outside.  Still good but.  Had some juices left over from smoke.  Should I have put in a pot and let the meat soak it on low??? Thanks

to start with 190 is not ' low "...need to get down in the 130-140 range ,  if its BBQ pulled pork add lots of sauce and cover , stir about once per hour

if you have a vacuum machine like a food saver, just toss the bag in some boiling water. Works GREAT. If you don't have one yet, I think you should put it on the list as one of those must haves.

Not to mention you can just throw the bag in the microwave as well. Works just fine.

If you have a lot to reheat, then a pan covered in foil with the PP & some juice in the oven at 250 works well for me.

If it's just a serving or two then the vac pac in boiling water works well too. Or no vac pack, then a pan on the stove with the PP & some juice will work. Or a crock pot works well too.

I just bought a sous vide machine & I think that will really reheat just about anything very well.
