We are looking to tailgate for a game on sunday. We are only taking a fryer and a grill. I wanted to smoke some wings saturday night and reheat them for the game. Whats the best way to do it? Do I drop wings in fryer, put wings on grill or just put in pan with burner on bottom?

I'd do a pan with heat under it.
Like one of those Sterno rigs, for eggzample.
If you have a small QUIET generator, How about a crock pot?

I’d drop them in the fryer. It’ll crisp them up far better than any other way you can warm them up.

Enjoy your tailgate!

I like the idea of refrying them, hit em with a little rub and drop em - smoked, fried, sounds good to me! Be our guinea pig an let us know how it goes! Serious, there's a pub near me that frys their wings and then grills them - smoked then fried? - sounds great!
