Ref; Pork Belly Burnt Ends Jerky..

Sorry to say I didn't make this; but I saw some thing that was this at Pick N Save, which is our local Kroger chain.

It's 'Pork Belly Ends Jerky' and is described as..burnt ends.

So I got a package. I haven't opened it yet..but I thought I'd say that this is now a thing... Kroger has some very interesting finds!

Is it Ground and Formed? Actual Belly is too fatty and would go rancid exposed to light entering the package...JJ

1/10 I wouldn't get them again.

Namely because you randomly get super chewie pieces that...just ain't right in a bag of jerky.

Also burnt ends wouldn't be that salty <admittedly, Jerky ...well. I was basically expecting some how shelf stable burnt ends LOL>

I appreciate the idea they had though!
