I am lucky, I only have 3 large reefers and I am now down to 2 large freezers.
Growing up there was an old man up the road always took me coon hunting just us and his dogs. He like everything as a sausage. He had a large manual grinder/stuffer but it wasn't unusual to see him with the stuffing tube and a large table spoon loading it making 3 or 4 links at a time. He was a real master at loading by hand. He'd sit at the picnic table under the tree in his backyard and have a pan loading sausages. He could do it and carry on a conversation! I babble, sorry.....
