This is what i made with the other chubs of RBB.

6 trays of RBB jerky rounds in the dehydrator.

Ok I’ll bite. What’s the purpose of turning your bologna into jerky? Or was that the reason the bologna was made? Just curious as to the why of it. I’m also sure with u doing it it will be good.
 
That's awesome . I'll do that with the pastrami when I get tired of eating it . Gonna be good .

Done this many times. Trick is to freeze the chubs so they will be easier to slice. Just run the chub under cold water for like 5 seconds and the fibrous casing peels right off, then slice.

Got about 2 hrs yet to go.

RBB Jerky rounds are done. or as Adam said, Bologna chips.

I find myself thinking I wouldn't care for them yet desperately wanting to try them at the same time. It's an interesting feeling.
 
I bet those are fantastic . I fry mine until very crisp . I'll have to dry some .

I make pounds and pounds of jerky every year...and I have never ever thought to try to make bologna jerky. It is on the list of things to make now. LIKE!
