Smoke Blower
I have been kicking around an idea for a turkey dinner sausage. I am thinking ground turkey with sage, celery, onions, garlic and dried cranberries. Any thoughts?

That would be a Turkey dinner in a casing. You could crumble some Cornbread into the mix or a blend of White and Wild Rice...JJ

Unless you are a huge fan of Wild Rice, mix it with some White Rice as the flavor can be a bit overpowering...JJ
