Rec Tec - Cold NJ Cook

Round One of our new Rec Tec! Great experience and service after a small fan issue solved on a 5 minute phone call. I ordered the extra warming cover for our cold NJ winters and we're really satisfied with the outcome. It grilled chicken at 350-400 for dinner then slow smoked beef and pork ribs into the night leaving us enjoying a 2am snack.

Now we just need recipes!
