Reborn again barbacoa tacos

i came back here 4 weeks ago very frustrated about the art of smoking. Everything i did was over smoked. After reading i learned about the clean fire. So i cleaned presure washed abd burned my smoker for the re birth. I dont know how to link from my phone but i did the barbacoa tacos from coych d4ve. I also want to thank jeff for being cool, bear, smokinal, and chile for teaching me about clean fire and helping ne with my questions the past cpl weeks.

Finally found the blue smoke clean fire

Then i tried the tacos as i previously mentioned.
