Real good cajun recipes

There has been some intrest in cajun cooking shown recently.

 Since i am a dump cook and really don't have recipe's i have searched and found a site that IMHO has some real good easy recipes that anyone can follow.

Great find Eman,

Looks like he stole Mama's handwritten cookbook.  Every recipe I checked is pretty close to the way I cook so I know they have to be good!
