So I built this small smoker to be mobile for camping and such, my 1st smoker ever. I have really enjoyed it but need a bigger one for the deck, I really like the size of the 20 gallon air tanks, but are they thick enough? how thick are they? my 1st is from a 40 pound propane tank and quite thin so I have to really stay on top of the temps.
