Rain, schmain!

Despite the rain and such I am doing some ribs and some pork butt. I cant wait to see the mailmans face when I'm doing the same in MN December.

Sounds like a nice meal for today. Hope the smoke went well and we are able to see some qvue!

When ever the lawn starts to get a bit brown and crispy i just break out the smoker. As soon as I get it smoking it starts to rain. And it will rain for the rest of the smoke. I have become very skilled at using beach umbrellas to keep the smoker dry. But it is funny when people come to visit and we go to the beach and those umbrellas get put up the beach will start to have the aroma of smoke.
