Phenomenal cook CS! That knife would make for a great set for steak knives! was that a homemade or bought? Awesome all the way around! Pork looks amazing as do the sides, even the green ones :emoji_grin:

Thanks Misplaced Nebraskan Misplaced Nebraskan The "SUV" knife was made my me, the tanto blade mostly by my son (I helped some with the bevels, those straight lines and sharp corners are NOT easy).

The green sides are needed for color contract in the picture, consumption is optional....lol...
