Raceday vittles

Bone in turkey breast with a thin glaze of local honey,poultry seasoning and cajun seasoning for spices.

Homemade stuffing with ground beef,pork,chourico and locally grown apples.Last time we put apple wedges on top this time diced and mixed in.

Will post after smoke pics too!

Done in the MES using ground PB charcoal blend pellets in the Amnts.

Yup.The charcoal blend burns the fastest of all the pellets I've tried,a full 6" tube just shy of 3.5 hours.Doing a half load of apple on the second tube.

I missed the stuffing . That all looks great . I'm a Ford guy , but do Root for some drivers . Chase Elliot is one of them . Good for him .

The only Motor races I ever cared for were Drags.
However those Vittles got me thrilled!!
And I'm thinking about all the Great Sammies yet to come too!!
