Knew the SMF would be the golden search

Two days ago a brother of another mother asked me If would be interested in rabbit. He knows someone that raises and butchers them. So I came to the famous SMF for some of insight for this new smoking venture. Again you all never disappoint! Just wanted to give a big shout out and thank you for the idea's and info. you all

Well it looks like this will be short lived. Our rabbit hook up is splitting up and their shutting it down. My buddy Mitch is getting 4 this weekend processed and parted. Game plan is to brine sat and smoke sunday. Yes there will be Q-VEIW themule 69.....wink. I'll start a new thread when this starts coming together. So looking forward to this can't wait to get this party started...............
