but I will be on vacation in Panama City Beach FL. so I rolled me a fatty & I am smoking it now will q-view alter

Oh, I'm ready for the weekend smoke! I'm just not ready to spend the weekend with the in-laws! I'll be smokin' up 4 racks of ribs and a couple fatties.

Come on down! The water is that wonderful emerald color and the sand is, as always, white as sugar. I was out walking on the beach this morning and it was wonderful. I'm trying a pork loin that I found in the freezer. It's thawing in the frige now. I found a good Tennessee whiskey glaze recipe to use on it along with a nice bacon wrap. Hope everyone has a great time celebrating the birthday of the greatest country in the world!!
