Can u dry peppers after you freeze them? Some people at work gave me about 25 lbs peppers. I have smoked and ground maybe 5 lbs so far. Wife might make candied jalapenos tomorrow.

Yep..... they should dry faster.... Some of the cells have ruptured from ice forming..... Not sure if the quality suffers, after freezing, but I'm sure the heat didn't go anywhere...
