Quick question about SD time in refer in banneton

I put a boule in the banneton this morning around 8-9, then made happy hour plans and wont be home till 7ish.

I did a little ChatGPT search on how long I can leave it in the refer and it said 24+ hours could risk over proofing.

I could cook it when I get home, but predicting low motivation.

Thoughts?
 
I think Im just gonna bake it beforehand. Feeling pretty confident I wont be in the mood after a couple few beers to mess with it...and wait for it to cool.

Im tired already-one of our dog puked in the middle of the night which makes for a s**t night sleep.
