A quick introduction and a big “THANKS” for all the help I’ve gotten from this forum. I’ve been visiting this forum for several years now, not posted anything, not much to say. But I am grateful for the wealth of information the members have voluntarily shared with the community and have benefited greatly from it.
I’m John, retired and live in West Tennessee; I grill/smoke a couple of times a week (down from six or seven times a week; must be an age thing) and have been at it for more years than I care to admit too. I have a Charbroil Big Red, Infrared Grill, MES 30” electric (second one), Acorn Kamado, and Char-Broil Big Easy Oil-Less Infrared; I use a AMPS and a Big Daddy Smoke Generator. I hope to share some of my successes and failures in the future.
