Quick help ! Jerky cure ?

I have multiple packs of cure and a large bag , they are from a set like high mountain . I was going to make bears pep sticks using his excact recipe.
However all the cure packs say "jerky cure" mix 1 pack with 1 pound ground beef.
Is "jerky" cure going to cause issues if making pepperoni sticks ?? Or is it the same princible ?

I wouldn't use it in conjunction with any other recipe.

Theirs is a mix with cure & other things, and you don't know what the other things are.

I would use theirs with plain Ground Beef, like they say. And if you want to do Bear's Sticks, follow his recipe for that. Keep them separate.

That way you won't get too much of something that is in Bear's mix and the mix you have, because you don't know how much of what is in the other mix.

This way you could have 2 Great things, instead of one not so good thing.

If theirs was just cure, I could figure out how you could use it, but theirs is a mix.
