I have also seen where they use a wine bottle that has been cut. You put the casing on the neck and push the meat threw. into the casing.
 
I think I have saimin spoons somewhere??? I don't know if my kids will eat that.

I won't be making sausage at home but I think grass fed naturally raised beef snack sticks will go over well! I'm gonna get a jerky gun soon.

I used my LEM 5# stuffer today for the first time (got it for xmas). I am certain as cool as the spoon looks I will never use anything else aside from my LEM.
