I am doing a butt this weekend for PP.   

Anyone try burnt ends from pork???

Heres a few pics so I dont get yelled at.

Sure!  Just stick a few  kabob skewers through them to hold them vertical!

That's a great idea. I have some too. It will be the first 2 butt cook for it.

This looks like a great recipe for pork burnt ends. I will definitely be trying that. I would just have one small correction to keep everything internationally proper. Those 1" cubes should be 26 mm. LOL. :yahoo:
