Im gonna try to make summer sausage for the first time.  I bought seasoning and cure for it.  The package is for 25 pounds and its 18oz of seasoning and 1 oz of cure.  My question is, How much seasoning and cure just for a pound of meat?  Im planning on just doing a pound so I make sure I get it all correct.  Thanks guys.

Cure, scant teaspoon per pound of meat, but it's better to use a gram scale if you have one. Use 1.13 grams of cure per pound of meat.
Seasoning, .72 ounce per pound of meat or 20.41 grams.

One pound will only make about one stick. I would do at least 5 lbs.
That stick will be gone in a heartbeat. :drool you will be wishing you made more.
After making them I let the sticks sit in frig for few weeks before eating some.
They taste even better .
Good luck and post pictures when your done

The seasoning I got is Leggs's seasoning.  I planning on doing 5 pounds.
If you have AC Leggs they dont normally come with cure packets. If you already have cure #1 add it at 1 level tsp per every 5 lbs of meat.

I use AC and use 6-7 T of mix for 5 lbs. Mix all the dry with 1 cup water for better delivery into the meat, this way you dont end up with dry clumps if you added dry into the meat.

Yup, it is.  I bought 2 25lb packages and it came with 2 oz of cure with it.  Says 1 oz of cure for every 25 pounds.
