Hello there I just purchased a Brinkman Charcoal Smoke and Grill. Needless to say I was very dissapointed with the easy read thermometer. I plan to pick up a new mounting thermometer tomorrow and mounting it. Question I have is where would you think the best location to mount it. Right below the meat, Above the meat or right next to or on the same level as the easy read. Any help would appreciate it. Thanks in advance.
