Navacco, I wish I read this thread again before saturdays Q. I coulda used them taters for some starch on the plate. There is always next time. Thanks for the receipe and cook instructions.

It's a bit noticable but it's not a real strong taste. My wife thinks the lid is a bit chewy, i loved the whole thing.
i cant wait to try some other veggies in the smoker
