My friend just got his deck replaced and wants to know if there is something he can put on it to protect it from the grease drippings from his grill. Any ideas? Is thompson's water seal good enough?
There are special mats made to go undr grills and smokers to protect decks. Not any more than $50 at Home Depot. Check them out. Cheap and easy to use.
This is what Lowe's has, it states it's flame retardant and polyester but it doesn't mention grease. It's $12.97, if the link doesn't work go to Lowes.com and put in item # 26999 http://www.lowes.com/lowes/lkn?actio...99-47981-15504
I have two. One for my grill and one for the smoker. They work awesome, are washable, and are cheap enough to replace if they don't come clean. This is a 'highly recommend'!!
